Shipping Policies:
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time possible and in good condition. Depending upon the weight and destination, the shop will automatically calculate shipping charges for the order (refer to Shipping Charges for more details). It normally takes 1-5 days to reach any location in India.
Orders Placed within 2:00 PM will be packed and shipped on the same day.
Responsibility of any delay in delivery caused by Courier Service will not be undertaken by Blizzcartz. We Kindly request you to follow up with the respective courier customer support team for faster resolution.
Orders containing Batteries, magnets and liquid items will not be shipped through Air Transportation due to DGCA Regulations.
Delivery Policies:
We make our best efforts to pack and ship the orders on the same day or within 24 hours from the time of receiving the order. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on Monday and orders placed on holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
We always aim to deliver your entire order in a single package. However, depending on stock availability or specific product characteristics, items may occasionally arrive separately. If your order needs to be split, we will always notify you in advance.
Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If you notice that the shipping box is damaged, open, or tampered with upon arrival immediately report the issue to our Customer Support Team and making sure to include your order reference number.
We strictly advise the customer to always record a video of the product unboxing. We will not be accepting any dispute over missing, faulty or wrong item without proper video of the unboxing that includes the visual of all four sides of package.

Invoicing & Compliance
Please note that in compliance with Indian Tax Regulations, all shipments including promotional gifts and complimentary items will include an official invoice detailing the product pricing.
